Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You also represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Basecamp AI Philippines offers self-paced online courses designed for Filipino virtual assistants, including the AI Proficiency Assessment and related educational materials, curated tool recommendations, and a shared learner dashboard.

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. For material changes that affect access to content you have purchased, we will give you reasonable notice where practical.

You must provide accurate and current information when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for every action taken under your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with others, including sharing a login with co-workers or reselling course access, is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for termination without refund.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@basecampai.ph.

All course videos, text, exercises, graphics, prompts, templates, code samples, and other material on the Services are owned by Dragonfly AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your own learning and client-facing work product, for as long as your account remains in good standing.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly post the course materials
• Create a competing course using our materials
• Remove proprietary notices, watermarks, or branding
• Use our materials to train a machine-learning model or similar automated system

Prompts, SOPs, templates, and code snippets we provide are meant to be adapted to your own client work — that use is permitted and expected.

If you submit content to the Services — for example, playbook notes, assessment answers, implementation check-ins, or messages to support — you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the Services, improve them, and (in anonymized or aggregated form) showcase outcomes.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to share it. Do not submit confidential client information unless you have permission to do so.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download course content for redistribution
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including via denial-of-service, malware, or excessive automated requests
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person
• Use the Services to harass, defame, or discriminate against any person

The Services integrate with and link to third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and data), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and the various AI tools and platforms we reference in our curriculum and Tool Finder.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms. Some links in our Tool Finder are affiliate links; clicking through may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we have vetted.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No earnings or outcome guarantee. Our courses teach skills that many of our learners use to increase income, land clients, or build businesses. Individual results vary based on effort, prior experience, market conditions, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific income, client, certification outcome, or career result.

AI tools referenced in the curriculum can produce inaccurate or biased output. Always review AI-generated work before sending it to a client or acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragonfly AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You may close your account at any time by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or for safety or abuse reasons.

On termination for cause, paid access is forfeited without refund. On termination without cause, we will issue a pro-rated refund where applicable.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will remain in effect after your account ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will give notice via email or in-product banner before they take effect.

Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, stop using the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved in the courts of the Philippines, unless local law requires otherwise.
